Sure, he was talking about hotels, but his words still come to mind while reading about the declining revenues of airlines who tack on extra fees for every little thing. Heartwarming stuff, until you learn that one of those greedy airlines is totally okay with risking your life hundreds of times over in search of still more nickels and dimes.
