Migraines

Thursday, August 20th, 2009

David Friedman posted a fascinating article on Ironic Sans about his experience with migraines and a new and interesting side-effect he's discovered. As a long-time migraine sufferer, it's beautiful to see the aura so aptly described. I've always had a hard time explaining it to people who haven't experienced it.

Starbucks API

Tuesday, August 4th, 2009

You, the local coffee shop owner, simply plug in, and wham, your costs drop by thirty percent because you're leveraging Starbucks' insanely optimized supply ...

Chris Messina Hates the App Store

Monday, August 3rd, 2009

Chris Messina wrote an article titled "Steve Jobs Hates the App Store", which has been making the rounds.  For context, it's worth linking to Chris's Wikipedia page. On to the article... Ok, Steve Jobs doesn’t hate the App Store. Translation: "Now that my sensationalist, link-baiting headline has gotten your attention..." It’s a friggin’ blockbuster ...
