David Pogue posts reader reaction to his review of the Blackberry Storm. Unsurprisingly, it’s a piece of crap. Consumer-focused user experience and design isn’t what RIM is good at, so why would anyone have any reasonable expectation that their first iPhone-alike would be worth anything?
