• WordPress for iPhone
Here, my first attempt at writing1 using the WordPress iPhone app. Really it just makes me long for Bluetooth keyboard support. Especially because all special formatting is done with raw HTML (no WYSIWYG editor).
The edit interface is nice — though it would be even nicer with buttons for common markups — as is the ability to take a photo and immediately include it in the post. Photobloggers will enjoy this, and Better Elevation may see the inclusion of the odd photo.
Another pleasant touch is the preview option. Considering the HTML approach and the limited real estate of the iPhone screen, previewing before posting could save some readers from looking at garbled crap.
All in all, WordPress is handy enough if you have no other options.
