Also announced at E3 is Nintendo’s “Motion Plus” add-on for the Wii remote. The attachment improves motion detection for games that require more precision. Of course, they could have just improved the original remote and offered this as an upgrade for users who don’t want to replace their set, but that would have made customers happy.
As hard as Nintendo tries to position themselves as the Apple of gaming, it’s getting harder and harder to forgive their missteps.
